  B rating by the health inspector was the first strike. The second strike was that one of the preparers was texting and then handled our food without washing their handles. I mean literally handling our food and placing pieces meat and fish cake in our bowl. The third strike was that it got my girlfriend sick. I should have known what the experience would be like when we saw the building.
